Current Signup Code - apfrake
All new sign-ups using the bonus code "apfrake" receive 27% rakeback. Rakeback will be paid twice a month. This will
be calculated from the 1st of each month to the 14th and from the 15th to the last day of each calendar month. Payments are made
no later than 5 days after each payment period. Players can now track their rakeback payments and rakeback accrued using a special
online tool found ...here
Note: Previous rakeback sign-ups, from the former network remain on their original rakeback rate.
Added to that you can gain 100% up to $200. The Deposit Bonus amount will be paid out in increments of $10 for every 100 Qualified
Raked Hands played within 40 days of your First Time Deposit. Only new players to Doyles Room are eligible for this bonus.
As a brand new player at Doyles Room, you are also eligible to participate in one of the daily New Player Sit & Go Tournaments, where you
can win up to $40 real cash, without even making a deposit! Select the tab that says "Sit & Go List" from tables in the poker
lobby, then look for an open "Newbie Special Freeroll", simply right click and select Register.
Note : Money won in a "Newbie Special Freeroll" can only be used to play at ring games.
Software - very good
Doyles Room is currently using the updated Yatahay software which has a completely different style to the old poker tables. I really like the look and feel of
the poker lobby which loads without any problems. There is no 3D option at Doyles and the poker table look has a very old-school appeal which i do not think detracts from
the room in any way. In fact, i believe this will add to the appeal of playing the room as it gives quite a personalized experience. This does not mean that the tables lack
functionability; indeed they boast useful tools such as resizable tables, fold/show functionality, straddle tables, cascading multi-tabling in a stable setting which
shouldn't work your computer too hard.
There is a log of all betting actions, that shows who bets and calls and how much. There is also a player notes function. David
Sklansky and Mason Malmuth were consulted for the original Yatahay Poker Network software (at true Poker) to develop an anti-collusion
system, which automatically flaggs suspicious activity and is then reviewed by the security team.
Playability - very good
Very easy to understand and use at the table with buttons and actions clearly marked. The old-school style gives you an immediate sense of familiarity and there's a very
nice use of player time-bar and decision-bar colours to keep your eyes interested. The lobby is nicely designed and very easy to work around although i'm not so keen on a new lobby opening in
a separate window when changing from cash tables to tournaments, but that's just a small issue. Overall, i find the design a big improvement on the old Yatahay style.
Traffic - good
A little slow generally but gathering momentum and with the addition of Doyles to the network. With their new software in place, traffic should start to improve. It's usually not a problem
to find a game at most limits during peak hours and the tournament structures are increasing.
Support - very good
Happily, not much to say here. As at the old Tribeca and Cake Network sites, Doyles Room continues with an excellent, high standard of support. Most of the major deposit and
withdrawal methods are available and cash out speeds are good.
Summary - very good
Now on the Yatahay Poker Network, Doyles Room is once again available to all players in the US and on an expanding network which will
hopefully signal big things in the future. They are steadily improving the tournaments on offer and a steady growth of players being
added to the network should help with that. Doyles upgraded poker software reminds you of it's old Tribeca site which for me, is no bad thing and should attract fans of that
site. The software is solid and whilst there are not so many frills, the most useful additional functions such as table resizing and cascading multi-tabling are fully in place.
If you want to give the site a go, try out the "Newbie Special Freeroll" (mentioned above) as
this is just a 10 person Sit N Go with the top 3 cashing making it an possibility to start your first bankroll there.
Extra Information :
Every time you play in a raked hand or enter a tournament that has a fee, you will earn FPP and BB.
In Ring Games FPP is earned based on the amount of rake contributed to the pot. For every dollar in rake you will earn 1 FPP. Example: If $1.50
is contributed in rake, you will earn 1.5 FPP.
In Tournaments FPP is earned based on the Tournament Fee. For every $1 in Tournament Fee you will earn 7 FPP. Example: If you enter into a $20+$2
tournament, you will earn 14 FPP.
Brunson Bucks are earned at the same rate as FPP, but are multiplied based on your Doyle's Rewards loyalty level. So if you earn 14 FPP and
you are a Doyle's Legend you will get 84 BB!
In the DoylesRoom software, if you click on the Rewards tab and then click on Doyle's Rewards, you will be able to see all your information on the
Doyle's Rewards program.
Special Promotions :
Beat The Brunson 10 : The tournament costs $30+20+5 to enter. The first $30 will go to the prize pool and the other $20 will make you a
marked man or woman, just like everyone else in the tournament. For every player you pick off, you'll win $20. Pick off five players, that's $100.
Ten players get you $200. And so on. For every member of The Brunson 10 you knock out of the Beat The Brunson 10 tournament, you'll win $500.
